The Risk & Internal Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's risk management and internal control processes. You will have the opportunity within this role to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.You will lead the Quarterly Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Process and Reporting across UK & Ireland, enabling you to bring your passion into enhancing the control environment and promoting a culture of risk awareness across the organization. As the manager you will lead on the implementation and coordination of the ICFR Internal Control program across UK & Ireland.Whilst the role is based in our Manchester office, we offer hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
