Looking for candidates based in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds or Sheffield.
I have partnered with a unique retail business that sells one‑of‑kind products. They describe themselves as a team that pushes the boundaries and creates iconic opportunities. This is a brand‑new role as the company looks to grow its presence in the UK. The role is crucial for bringing creativity and an experimental mindset to the table.
You will gain full exposure to the senior leadership team and have a voice in shaping real change within the business as they shake up the market with fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy.
* Take direct responsibility for developing the brand vision to align with business objectives and values.
* Be comfortable shaking up marketing to guide creativity that connects to target audiences.
* Work closely with the wider team on growth of the brand strategy (including PR, events, social, influencer).
Skills & Experience
* 5‑7 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
* Strong 360‑degree expertise across creative marketing channels – driving the brand forward.
* Experience working with businesses that think ‘outside of the box’ and have shown high growth opportunities.
* Creative ideas to bring forward and implement in collaboration with the founder.
* Creative background within the retail market.
