If you have a knack for understanding client needs and a creative approach to sales strategy, we want to hear from you!\n\nThis opportunity would certainly suit someone from a medical sales, pharmaceutical, beauty, cosmetics sales, or healthcare background; however, all industry sectors will be considered for an individual who has been highly successful in developing new business in a field sales capacity.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nStrategic Partnership Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new partnership opportunities within the dental sector to drive growth and revenue.\nRelationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and services.\nMarket Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and competitive insights that will inform your strategies.\nSales Strategy: Devise and implement successful sales strategies targeting high-potential practices while leveraging an extensive network.\nPerformance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partnership effectiveness and recalibrate as needed to exceed targets.\nNetworking: Represent the company at prestigious industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our visibility and establish vital connections.\nCollaboration: Work alongside the marketing and product development teams to create unique solutions that resonate with dental practitioners' needs. \n\nQualifications/Attributes:\n\nBachelor's Degree (preferred but not essential)\nExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n2-5+ years of proven, high-performance B2B sales experience.\nA strong presence with the energy to build trust and rapport with decision-makers.\nConfident in presenting and selling to senior executives.\nHighly motivated and target-driven with the ability to operate independently.\nThrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nProficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.\nExceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
