Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience within an IT Support or 2nd Line Support role Strong Microsoft knowledge and experience is essential Microsoft certifications would be highly advantageous Networking and Cisco experience would be beneficial Previous experience within a manufacturing or process-driven environment would be advantageous Any project management experience would be a bonus Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organised with a proactive attitude Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel requirements Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across our business Manage and support our internal helpdesk and ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues Support Microsoft-based systems and infrastructure Assist with networking and connectivity issues Report, document, and maintain IT records Support ongoing IT improvements and projects Travel occasionally to additional company sites, including Burnley and London, for emergency support when required Technologies: Cisco Hardware Support More: We are a well-established manufacturing business supporting approximately 500 users across multiple sites.
