Senior Account Executive My Client in the EDTECH industry and taking the market by storm! They have developed a suite of new digital products, and we are ready to take them to the market That means that we need the best of the best in digital sales. This role focusses on selling intellectual, digitally enabled products to FTSE 250 companies and beyond (think Google, M&S, Tesco, EE) and you will have compelling conversations with executive level decision makers (Typically within HR and L&D teams) daily, to understand their people and performance challenges, proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym’s unique and innovative point of view and varied service offering. This role will include: The development of existing client accounts and outreach to / prospecting of new clients, working collaboratively alongside our existing client teams Effectively defining and scoping prospective customer requirements and objectives The creation and delivery of proposals and client pitches for new projects. An effective understanding of the buyer journey, stakeholder mapping, buyer mapping and sales/solutioning process development An established approach to client/account management, contract renewals and upsell process A strong background in Digital (SAAS) and B2B sales is essential (Ideally within a growth or scale up environment).
