Location: Caterham and surrounding areas, Surrey
Pay: £150 – £230 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)
Contract: Long-Term Cover, Full-Time

A welcoming primary school in Caterham is seeking a dedicated Primary Class Teacher for a long-term cover role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT ready to step into a supportive school community and make a lasting difference to pupils’ learning.
The Role – Primary Class Teacher
You will:
* Take full responsibility for a class within the primary phase.
* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the curriculum.
* Support pupils of mixed abilities to achieve their potential.
* Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom in line with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with SLT and your year group team.
* Contribute to planning, staff meetings, and wider school life.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent).
* Experience teaching within the primary age range.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Someone adaptable who can follow planning and add value quickly.
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine commitment to teaching.
