Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business strategy. Manage and develop a small team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management. Collaborate closely with operational teams to understand business drivers and support commercial decision-making.
