As Assistant Client Listening Partner a key part of your role will besupporting the administration of client listening interviews, from initial internal communications and client identification, interview support and minute taking, through to recording, reporting and analysis, feeding back outcomes and trends to internal stakeholders.
As you grow into the role there will be progression opportunities and additional responsibilities available to you, with the goal of leading client listening interviews as Client Listening Partner.
An additional element of your new role will involve ad-hoc support for the new global allies group Women at Gleeds.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaise with internal colleagues to identify clients for interviews and gather necessary information.
* Arrange pre-interview meetings with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the current relationship and project and understand if there are any key areas to discuss/avoid.
* Update the planner with relevant details and maintain accurate records at each stage of the interview process.
* Coordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
* Assist in transcribing and summarising interview recordings, and prepare comprehensive reports based on the findings.
* Enter client feedback findings into Fu3e, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
* Create monthly, quarterly, and/or annual trend analysis reports based on Fu3e data
* Follow up with internal teams to share interview outcomes, gather feedback, and provide necessary support.
* Support the administration processes for client expectation interviews which mirrors many aspects of the client listening process ie transcribing and creating reports.
* Coordinate the client listening light interviews, which are smaller versions of the main client listening interviews conducted by internal teams. This includes entering into Fu3e and collating findings and ensuring completion for Key accounts each quarter,
* Keeping the client listening area on Yogi up to date with high level findings.
* Ad-hoc Women at Gleeds support, including arranging meetings and helping with events throughout the year.

About You
Who we’re looking for
Key Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues and clients.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and report writing.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software or tools.
* Prior experience in administration or coordination roles is preferred.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
