Job Title: Renewable Electrical Site Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus Incentives
Location: Wales & South-West England
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a Renewable Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical projects across domestic and commercial renewable installations. This role is critical to ensuring that solar PV, ASHP, ventilation, and general electrical works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of electricians, providing technical guidance, and maintaining compliance with health and safety and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee live installations, including:
o Solar PV electrical connections
o ASHP electrical installations
o General electrical works
o DMEV (Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) systems
* Work with quality supervisors to uphold standards of workmanship.
* Monitor and review team performance, providing feedback and training where required.
* Serve as the main technical point of contact for on-site electricians.
* Complete and review all required health and safety documentation.
* Carry out site inductions and ensure smooth onboarding for new starters.
* Perform inspections of vans and stock to ensure compliance and readiness.
Required Skills

* Knowledge of electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
* Experience within the renewable energy sector, particularly solar PV.
* Adaptability to changing priorities, conditions, and technologies.

Essential Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
* Relevant Solar PV training/course
Desirable Qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Part P Building Regulations
* Health & Safety qualification
