Role and Responsibilities:
1. Seamlessly process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step - from order receipt to invoicing.
2. Be the friendly face behind the brand, nurturing relationships with existing customers and warmly welcoming new enquiries.
3. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
4. Keep customer files up to date on SAP and related software, maintaining current product and pricing information.
The Candidate:
* German Speaker.
* Experience working in a fast-paced sales and logistics office environment, capable of making quick decisions that benefit the company and the customer.
* Good understanding of the transit of goods from overseas, including import and export documentation.
* Brand ambassador who embodies the company values.
* Proficient in email, Word, and Excel.
* Willing to take on a variety of tasks.
* Experience with SAP/SAP S/4 Hana is desirable.
