The role
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to promote our equipment service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll:
1. Develop and manage customer relationships across your region
2. Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
3. Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract renewals
4. Carry out site visits, surveys, and provide technical advice
5. Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
6. Track activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting tools
To succeed, you will need

7. Sales experience (essential)
8. Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, we’ll support your learning
9. Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
12. Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
