As a Retail Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class Retail service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
1. Plan, organise, and coordinate operations to meet financial and performance targets
2. Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
3. Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
4. Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
5. Deliver an exceptional level of service within your area of responsibility
6. Carry out general admin duties such as labour planning, ordering & stock taking
7. Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
8. Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly

11. A team player who works well with colleagues and customers
12. Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users
13. Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional standards
14. Able to work effectively on your own initiative
15. Strong leadership skills
16. Relevant experience in catering and supervising operations
