Welding SupervisorLocation: Stratford upon Avon, CV37Pay Rate: Negotiable, £30k+Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing | Temp to PermWorking Hours - Am shiftThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Stratford upon Avon area. The role is to oversee daily production schedules, ensure all welds meet compliance and quality standards, manage resources and consumables, and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols across the shop floor.This is a full-time ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.Duties IncludeAllocate daily tasks to welders, monitor workflow to meet deadlines, and troubleshoot material or equipment delays.Welding mild steel componentsEnforce site safety rules, ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, and oversee the routine maintenance of MIG welding machines and fume extraction systems.Reading and working from engineering drawingsFabricating and assembling metal productsCandidate RequirementsPrevious welding experience and supervising experience is essentialAbility to work as part of a teamGood attention to detailReliable and punctual attitudeOwn transport required due to rural locationWhats On OfferTemp-to-perm opportunityStable, full-time hoursImmediate starts availableOffice number: 02476668204TPBN1_UKTJ
