Job Description:
* You would be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation.
* You will be managing the day-to-day sales function across developments.
* As a Development Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact through to the sale of the property and will be tasked with managing the customer journey for potential and actual customers.
* You will conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and take full ownership of the site.
* You would also manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets, while also seeking career growth opportunities.
* You will report regularly to the Sales Manager.
* Previous New Home Sales experience is preferred for the Development Sales Manager role.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Must be able to work on weekends.
* You will be based at the Frimley site.
