Client Relationship Manager UK-based - Remote | £60-£65k | Permanent | Full-Time About Adeva Partners With over 25 years’ experience in credit, risk and corporate finance training, Adeva Partners delivers value-enhancing learning solutions by aligning closely with clients’ business aims. The Role We are looking for a client-facing relationship manager to own the day-to-day management of one of our most strategically important client relationships. You will work closely with the Strategic Relationship Partner, ensuring an excellent client experience, high-quality communications and materials, and strong follow-through across stakeholders. This role suits someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident operating with senior and technically knowledgeable stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Leadership (Day-to-Day Ownership) Build trusted relationships across client stakeholders and maintain a proactive engagement rhythm, acting as the primary day-to-day contact. Co-lead client meetings (progressing to independent leadership over time), ensuring clear agendas, notes/actions and action-driven follow-through; escalate strategic items as needed. Support SME sessions by capturing actions and follow-ups, and ensure materials reflect agreed-upon changes. Maintain oversight of programme delivery with programme managers and internal teams, stepping in to resolve client-facing issues and ensure delivery readiness. Commercial & Operational Management (Keeping Delivery on Track) Own key commercial and operational processes (work orders, scheduling, purchase orders, delivery timelines), ensuring momentum through to completion. Ensure client commitments, approvals, and documentation are clear, consistent, and appropriately recorded, maintaining a forward view of milestones, dependencies, and risks. Proactively identify and escalate risks early with solutions, supporting mobilisation and continuous improvement with Course Champions and Partners (e.g., annual updates, case refreshes, learning pathway reviews and digital enhancements). Strategic Account Development Lead account planning and client reviews with insight from day-to-day engagement, in partnership with the Strategic Relationship Partner. Identify emerging needs and growth opportunities through consultative client interactions, adapting approach as client priorities and stakeholders change. Create high-quality client-facing materials for senior stakeholders (presentations, discussion papers and collateral). Manage client initiatives end-to-end and maintain commercial visibility (revenue forecast, progress vs targets), flagging risks and opportunities early. Broader Commercial & Growth Contribution (over time) As you become established in the role, you may also support wider commercial activity across Adeva’s portfolio by: Supporting proposals, statements of work and client documentation, coordinating input and maintaining quality standards. Contributing to tenders/RFPs by drafting structured responses and ensuring submissions reflect Adeva’s positioning. Tracking active proposals and opportunities and sharing learning across accounts to strengthen delivery, operations and market insight. About you You bring strong business acumen and a client-centric mindset, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You build credibility quickly, nurture partnerships, and spot opportunities by understanding client needs and priorities. You are organised and forward-thinking, comfortable managing multiple moving parts and shifting priorities. You use sound judgement, communicate clearly, and stay on top of detail, knowing when to act independently and when to involve others. Skills and Experience: Essential (E) / Desired (D) • 5 years’ B2B client relationship management experience within financial services education/training solutions (E) • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills (E) • Confidence engaging with technically knowledgeable banking stakeholders; comfortable with core banking, risk and credit terminology (or able to learn quickly) (E) • Ability to work independently and lead client engagements with minimal supervision (E) • Strong track record creating high-quality client-facing materials (PowerPoint essential); proposal/RFP exposure a plus (E) • Proven project management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines (E) • Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts (E) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) (E) • Degree educated, ideally in Finance/Economics/Business (D) • Experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry (D)
