Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Assist with the preparation of sales outbound reach
* Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
* Ensure invoices are processed and followed up.
* Process and manage e-commerce bookings
* Provide telephone and email support
Requirements:
* Strong, accurate organisational multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using a range of digital platforms and tools is essential for this role
* Previous experience in a sales support role is a plus, but not essential.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* A friendly and approachable team player
What We Offer:
1. Salary of £27,000 PA
