We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Class 2 Driver to join a busy timber and building materials supplier based in South Gyle. 🔧 Your Main Duties:
1. Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, delivering timber and building materials to customers
2. Assist with loading and unloading materials – heavy lifting is required
3. Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork
4. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations
✅ What You’ll Need:
Essential:
6. Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
7. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
8. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Desirable:
9. HIAB licence or experience (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
10. Experience in the timber or building trade
11. Previous commercial driving experience
