What you will be doing
Teamwork and effective communication are key skills and we’ll help you develop these. You’ll be working on exciting projects as we prepare for the future; exploring innovative training methods and the skills we’ll need to build the aircraft of tomorrow.
* Support the review and development of learning solutions
* Take advantage of new ways of teaching (digital methods)
* Participate in meetings with colleagues, managers and internal customers
* Support the delivery of practical training in our workshops

Requirements
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.
* Your application should include a CV along with a Cover Letter outlining your motivation and suitability for the role
* Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
* Google Suite knowledge
* Enthusiasm and a strong interest in developing yourself, contributing to the Academy team and the Airbus family
* STEM subject qualifications are preferable and the desire to work in a technical team environment
Security Clearance: You will be subject to a BPSS check. You may also need UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
