Key responsibilities of the Entry Level Geologist:
7. Assist with ground investigation activities on-site
8. Support the supervision of drilling operations and contractors
9. Log soil and rock samples under supervision
10. Accurately record and manage site data
11. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports
12. Develop understanding of geotechnical design work
This Entry Level Geologist position is ideal for someone eager to build hands-on experience within a supportive and collaborative team.
Requirements:
13. Degree in Engineering Geology, Geoscience, Earth Sciences, or similar (MSc advantageous)
14. Strong motivation and willingness to learn
15. Good communication and organisational skills
16. Full UK driving licence
17. Right to work in the UK
18. Ability to commute to Rotherham area
