We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in void and refurbishment works for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties the Sleaford area. The Multi Trade Plasterer role:
* Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our voids and refurbishment team, predominantly in Plastering
* Occasionally undertake second fix works in occupied properties as part of the reactive maintenance team, such as basic plumbing & joinery works
* Passionate about people, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment
* Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Plasterer?
* Ideally qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering, although we can support an experienced Plasterer in obtaining this qualification
* Experience with dealing with damp, mould experience would be beneficial
* Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
* Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plasterer role, with the use of a company van.
