Role Details
The Neighbourhood Night Service operates from 20:45 to 07:15, seven days per week. We recommend getting in touch to discuss the role further.
Responsibilities
* Be a registered staff nurse with excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills.
* Work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
* Monitor patients, administer medications, coordinate care plans, and support families/carers overnight during crisis situations such as blocked catheters and palliative care.
* Make safe and effective clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and manage conflicting priorities.
* Motivate others in challenging times and utilize available resources effectively.
