The Role:

* Leading a multidisciplinary team to meet operational KPIs across safety, quality, cost, and service.
* Minimising downtime by addressing production issues swiftly and effectively.
* Collaborating with planners to meet production and quality targets.
* Ensuring on-time and bio-secure deliveries in coordination with the transport team.
* Managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
* Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

* Proven experience managing a production facility in a manufacturing or team-based environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results through high-performing teams.
* Experience working with safety and quality control procedures in a fast-paced setting.
