Our client is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2-month temporary contract based in Lincolnshire. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are: £28 LTD per survey for Houses £20 LTD per survey for Flats The ideal candidate will have a background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying and also have Stock Condition Surveying experience in social housing properties. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures Experience required: Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Must hold a full UK driving license Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working Manage your own diary Working hours: Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
