Yarnfield Park is a Conference and Event venue located conveniently near Stone in Staffordshire, just minutes from the M6.
Set in the quiet village of Yarnfield, the 336-bedroom hotel features 53 conference, event, and training rooms, with the two largest spaces accommodating over 400 guests. With the launch of ‘CONNEX,’ our new conference and training space, we can host over 2000 guests on site daily.
As the Hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager, your role is crucial in delivering outstanding event and conference experiences for our guests. You will oversee aspects of the Food + Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and strong team leadership.

As our Restaurant and Bars Manager, you will:
* Supervise, train, and motivate waiting staff and bartenders
* Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
* Uphold health and safety standards
* Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue growth
Who you are:
* Proven experience in food and beverage management or related roles
