Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in either the Vitality Stockport or Bournemouth Offices.Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Executive team members for your business areas. You will build strong and effective relationships with your stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on all people matters. You will identify and anticipate business needs and ensure people solutions are in place to address them, engaging relevant specialist areas within the people function where required. You will act as a conduit between your partner areas leadership teams and the People function.
