Responsibilities: We support a primary school as the main liaison between the school and our client. We keep schools informed about the products and services we can provide. We manage customer accounts and help maintain IT hardware and software across school sites. We resolve and manage technical issues affecting the smooth running of the school. We provide robust technical solutions to support day-to-day operations. We install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software. We diagnose and solve problems that arise in computer and network operations. We respond to a wide range of technical duties across computer network and desktop services. We support existing installations and assist with upgrades. We work with desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and related hardware.
