Role Description
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive technical support for our HR systems, including OneAdvanced Time and Attendance (TMS), Flexipay, and Sage People Salesforce system. Responsibilities include managing support calls with IT vendors, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing changes to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Issue Management:
* Serve as the primary contact for support tickets, addressing user inquiries promptly.
* Prioritize and triage tickets in collaboration with the IT Service Desk.
* Escalate and resolve complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
* Maintain documentation of procedures.
1. Change Management:
* Configure and customize HR systems to meet evolving needs.
* Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with vendors.
* Create reports and manage data changes.
* Manage changes through the IT Change Management process, including testing and sign-off.
* Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and user experience.
* Participate in cross-functional projects supporting HR and organizational goals.
Role Requirements
Knowledge
* Experience with technical support for business systems.
* Knowledge of Sage People Salesforce (desirable).
* Knowledge of OneAdvanced (Mitrefinch) TMS.
* Understanding of HR processes (highly desirable).
* Business analysis experience (desirable).
* Strong change management principles knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills
The HR Solutions Developer should have experience in areas such as:
* Database management and querying
* System configuration
* Reporting and analytics
* Scripting and automation
* APIs and system integration
* System administration
* Technical understanding of HR domain
