What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in driving strong cash performance across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts Maximising cash collection using proven credit control techniques Minimising bad debt while maintaining excellent customer relationships Resolving queries accurately and efficiently Producing timely, accurate reporting for internal stakeholders Ensuring full compliance with processes and policies Collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the region to support best practice This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and enjoys balancing customer service with commercial focus.
