As a Senior Spa Therapist you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first‑class service delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. Responsibilities
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes to deliver the best service to our guests.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the club, spa and hotel facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
* Ensure your working areas are fully operational and clean, and report any defects to maintenance via the manager on duty.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
* Attend any appropriate training courses required for the therapist grade.
* Liaise positively and constructively with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes and additions to meet guests’ evolving needs; flexibility and cooperation are required, including shift changes.
* Stay up to date with developments relating to product ranges and new treatments.
* Provide professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events to promote available treatments.
* Deliver ultimate client care, giving guests an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
* Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with targets and seek assistance if additional support or training is needed.
* Recommend suitable home‑care products for guests to continue their results at home.
* Provide mentorship to junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday.
Shifts of 10:00 – 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00. Weekends are worked alternately.
Qualifications
* L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
* Preferably Clarins or Elemis trained.
* Attention to detail and a passion to offer an unforgettable service to guests.
* Previous experience working for a luxury brand for 2+ years.
* Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
