We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team. Working as a part of a dynamic operations department, you will work to deliver high quality insight and analysis throughout the customer (meter) lifecycle. By interpreting data from a varied number of sources both internal and industry facing, you will be experienced in query management and resolution as well as the monitoring of operational risk. The successful applicant for this role will already have experience of working in the energy industry, ideally from a B2B supplier however this is not essential. You will also need to be comfortable working with large datasets and using analytical tools (advanced Excel / data modelling) to inform your results. What can we offer? Working Pattern In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
