Within the service we are delighted to be supporting a number of exciting new employability projects which will directly benefit Sunderland residents. You will be responsible for the Connect to Work supported employment project and the Economic Inactivity trailblazer project. This involves leading and managing an employment support programme with stretching job outcome performance measures and creating effective working relationships with local employers.
If you have in-depth knowledge and experience of the core values of supported employment and the Supported Employment Quality Framework, including a comprehensive understanding of services delivered and contracted by the Department for Work and Pensions to increase employment rates and reduce economic inactivity, we would like to hear from you.
Within your role you will work in a hybrid capacity, including remote and office working to suit the needs of the service. Your role may also require travel across various locations across the city and the region.
