Salary:
9. Starting from £35,000.00 per annum
Candidate Requirements:
10. Previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Lathe machines
11. Previous offline programming experience
Key responsibilities:
12. Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Lathe Machines
13. Reading from drawings ensuring accurate and precise production
14. Conducting thorough in-process inspection of all work, to maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
15. Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation
16. Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
17. Adhere to quality standards to ensure that products are produced to agreed specifications
Our client has advised the successful candidate will preferably have experience in offline programming of the following machinery and control systems:
18. CMZ Lathe TC35 Series – Fanuc 32i Model B
19. Colchester Alpha Combination Lathe Fanuc OI-TF
20. Dugard EC01000VMC – Simens 828D
21. Doosan Puma VT900 – Fanuc Controls
