The Role – Senior Associate, Family Law As a key member of the team, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of privately funded family matters, including: Divorce and financial remedy proceedings Private children matters High-net-worth and complex asset cases Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Cohabitation disputes and domestic arrangements You will also play an active role in business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
