Mechanical Contract Manager (Temp)
My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider. They are currently recruiting for a contract manager (mechanically bias) for a 6 month contract. You will have your mechanical qualifications as well as a proven track record as a contract manager within commercial maintenance.
Sector: Health
You will have a bias with HVAC systems focusing on ventilation and boiler systems as well as leading the mechanical team, working with the cafm system and team to make sure compliance is completed, any performance issues, looking at service streams, auditors, looking at cost savings as well as work with the team and client.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Rate will be roughly 300-350 per day.
