Key Responsibilities
As a Golf & Sales Manager, you will lead the following responsibilities:
* Exceed all sales and operational KPIs effortlessly.
* Master all necessary systems, especially Hub Spot, to accurately record and securely store customer communications.
* Consistently provide a positive and customer-focused service.
* Execute all marketing activities on time, strictly adhering to our brand guidelines.
* Actively engage with local and regional communities through regular outreach activities to promote our products and services.
* Interact with guests professionally and amiably, aligning with the Get Golfing ethos.
* Contribute to the success of the sales team by actively participating and achieving targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times, reflecting the values and culture of Get Golfing.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver exceptional sales performance.
