The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters (under supervision), including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Day-to-day duties will include:
* Progressing files from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, introducers, and third parties
* Raising and responding to enquiries
* Reviewing documentation and reporting to clients
* Supporting pre-exchange and completion processes
This role offers real responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to build technical expertise within a collaborative and structured environment.
About You
* Previous experience within a law firm, ideally in residential conveyancing or property
* Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
* A law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
