Job Role You will work on a range of property matters,including, but not limited: Leases Freehold property Devolpment land Agricultural property Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates,individuals Dealing with commerical lenders Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements and Overage. You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions.
