Duty Manager - Nightclub, Edinburgh
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 42 per week, 5 days over 7 (mix of day & night shifts)

Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting for a dedicated and dynamic Duty Manager to join a thriving nightclub in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
* Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest service
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
* Assist in training new staff on procedures and customer service standards
* Manage staff schedules and monitor performance to ensure productivity
* Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
* Carry out daily opening and closing duties
Skills & Experience
* Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a hospitality environment
* Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
* Knowledge of HR practices relating to recruitment, training, and employee relations is beneficial
* Hospitality experience is essential
* Experience in a late‑night venue is preferred
* Flexibility to work late nights and weekends
