This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods and offers an annual salary up to £34,000.00, depending on skills and experience. It is based in Corby and requires travel to Bury St Edmunds once a week or biweekly. Tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for advising on employee relations issues while ensuring HR compliance and managing key administrative processes for smooth operations. Key tasks: Advise managers on ER (disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence) Act as first HR contact and support performance management and policy implementation Manage HR admin including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle tasks Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and maintain accurate records Support training delivery and ensure compliance with UK employment law Provide advice on engagement, motivation, and retention strategies Profile: Proven experience in a HR Advisor role with strong focus on ER Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics desirable) Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively CIPD preferrable but not essential What do we offer ?
