About the Role We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join the busy Spares Department at our client's Nottinghamshire site. In this role, you'll ensure spare parts and products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched-helping maintain outstanding service for customers across the UK. Key Responsibilities Pick, prepare, and pack spare parts and customer orders in line with company standards. Check and verify goods against delivery notes to ensure accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain accurate records of dispatched items using internal systems. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment. Work closely with colleagues and other departments to meet operational targets. Skills & Experience Required Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or spares environment (preferred). High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic IT skills for stock and system input.
