Requirements of Production Operative:
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Be able to keep up with production schedules
* Have good timekeeping and attendance
* Be able to attend a 3 hour H&S induction
* Attention to details
Details:
* 14.27 per hour from day 1 (both shifts)
* The working hours are 36 hours per week
* Monday to Friday 6AM-1:30PM/1:30PM-9PM (Rotation)
* Location: Hams Hall Industrial Estate, Coleshill
* Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Production Operative:
* Material handling
* Assembling various parts of the bumper
* Machine Operation
* Ensuring that the bumper meets the exacting quality standards
* Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met
