Data Integrity Team Lead - Data & Systems Hybrid working from their Derbyshire Offices £500 - £600 per day Inside IR35 - Immediate Start The Role: We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead three critical teams within our our clients' Data function. This role is essential to driving data accuracy, governance, and operational excellence across the organisation. You'll be responsible for: Master and Reference Data Management - You'll take ownership of our enterprise master and reference data domains-designing, implementing, and maintaining data standards and governance processes. Lease Data Processing - Leading our Lease Data Processing Team, you'll oversee the capture, validation, and ongoing management of lease data. Project Systems Processing - You'll manage the systems and workflows supporting our project execution and management activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce master and reference data standards, workflows, and governance Collaborate with IT, business units, and data governance stakeholders to define data ownership and stewardship Oversee the creation, enrichment, and lifecycle management of key data domains (e.g., customers, vendors, assets) Drive initiatives to improve data quality and resolve issues related to duplication, inconsistencies, and integrity Manage tools and systems supporting Master Data Management (MDM) Lead the lease data function, ensuring timely and accurate system inputs The Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Experience in lease administration, lease accounting, or data processing roles Deep understanding of lease lifecycle and contract structures Experience managing data or systems in a project-oriented environment Familiarity with project accounting, lifecycle workflows, and system integrations Proficient in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Project Server, Primavera) 5 years of experience in data management, including master and reference data domains Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica, Semarchy) Strong grasp of data governance principles and data lifecycle management Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage stakeholders
