We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing company. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team based in Bournemouth. The role: Manage and supervise the payroll operations, including the preparation, distribution, and reporting of monthly payrolls for 400+ employees. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension schemes, and other statutory requirements. This will require routine training. Maintain and update our IRIS Cascade payroll and human resources system to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. Generate and analyse payroll reports for management, including payroll summaries, tax liabilities, and end-of-year reports. Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies, employee/depot queries, and issues related to payroll. Identify and implement payroll process improvements to streamline operations and enhance accuracy. Support external audits related to payroll. Coordinate with department and depot managers. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, on-boarding new employees, and managing administrative tasks related to employee departures.
