People Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours
Salary: £24,765 per annum

Job Summary
Are you a HR administrator with a passion for improving processes and supporting people systems? Seashell Trust is looking for a People Administrator to join our HR and Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our HR systems, ensuring they deliver effectively across the full employee lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing in the Role
As a People Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR system queries and troubleshooting.
* Supporting system configuration, maintenance, and workflow updates.
* Liaising with external system providers (e.g. Zellis, Cornerstone) for unresolved issues.
* Delivering "train the trainer" sessions following system training.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data compliance.
* Supporting the administration of the full employee lifecycle across HR, L&D, and Talent.
* Producing regular HR reports and supporting audits and quality assurance.
* Contributing to HRD projects and championing continuous improvement in system use.
Experience Required
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in an office-based administrative role.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience maintaining system integrity and configuration.
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
Desirable experience includes:
* Working in an HR or Learning & Development environment.
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or safeguarding training.
