Leading Global Media Firm - 9 month FTC - Payroll Manager Your new company This company is a leading global media firm based in the heart of London. They are looking for a Payroll specialist for a mat cover to manage a number of their agencies' payrolls on a monthly basis. Your new role You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the monthly payrolls in the portfolio and collating all monthly payroll data from various systems within the specified deadlines to ensure smooth and accurate data entry. Checking of daily import reports generated by the payroll interface. An important part of the role will be to process and calculate new joiners, leavers and ad hoc pay, as well as calculate and process statutory and enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Shared Leave. Ensure that payrolls are processed, checked, and approved in accordance with audit What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience managing multiple payrolls within a business and knowledge of pension auto enrolment. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Experience using cipher is preferential.
