Were looking for someone with a real passion for social media to join our Beaverbrooks family as an Organic Social Coordinator. Based at our Office in Lytham St. Annes, youll be part of our friendly Content Marketing team, helping us share stories that reflect who we are and what we care about across our digital channels.
In this role, youll plan, create and deliver engaging organic social content across Beaverbrooks and Loupe. Youll take the lead on managing our on-page social activitybringing our brand stories to life, growing our reach, and inspiring our communities through compelling content .
Main Responsibilities
Be responsible for the planning, management and execution of our on-page organic social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, including the creation and scheduling of content ensuring increased reach and engagement
Take a lead on the reporting of organic social channels, ensuring were seeing continual growth and providing relevant insights & recommendations to inform future strategies
Ensure all posts go live on time and to a high standard, ensuring our overall framework is adhered to, campaign plans are executed, and our brand partner posts met to support key brand partnerships
Support with creating high quality social-first content inline with brand guidelines, including copywriting, imagery and with a large focus on video content creation
Support with community management across channels and the management of our User Generated Content platform to curate high quality content for use across channels
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as PR & Influencers, Brand and Product Marketing to ensure Organic Social is aligned with broader brand campaigns, promotions and launches
Support with Influencer activations across channels
Attend events and shoots to produce live and behind the scenes social content for our channels
You may be required to feature, present and interview in people-first social content
Stay-up-to-date with the latest social trends, reactive opportunities and best practises to ensure our content remains relevant and visible

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Demonstrable experience in a similar Organic Social Coordinator role
Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest platforms
Experience in creating social-first content, using Adobe programmes and Capcut
Skilled in reporting; analysing figures and making recommendations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Experience in Organic Social Coordinator role within Retail/eCommerce
Knowledge of jewellery, watches, diamonds and fashion trends
Experience in YouTube
