In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will coordinate the service team, support customers, and ensure the smooth delivery of service operations. they’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support service engineers
* Schedule and manage service appointments
* Communicate with end-users and resolve queries
* Maintain accurate service records and reports
* Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
* Excellent communication (written & verbal)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Sage experience (advantageous)
