Private Client Solicitor – 3‑5 PQE – Employee Owned
Join Hedges Law as a Private Client Solicitor (3‑5 years post‑qualifying experience). The firm is employee‑owned, providing a unique partnership model and a focus on high‑net‑worth clients. Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working (2–3 days office, remaining at home). Location: Oxfordshire / the Cotswolds.
Base Pay Range
Up to £60,000 DOE, plus extensive benefits and a share of company profits through the Employee Ownership plan.
Your Role
* Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice.
* Draft complex wills, create and administer trusts.
* Plan estates and handle Court of Protection matters.
* Support and train junior team members.
* Deliver outstanding client assistance and advisory services.
* Communicate effectively and consistently with clients and colleagues.
