What you will do:
Conduct specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for adults with mental health needs.
Utilise tools such as the Model of Human Occupation to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide recovery-focused, client-centred care to support independence in self-care, productivity, and leisure.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and plan positive discharges.
Lead or contribute to group work and one-to-one interventions to enhance the OT programme.
Link clients with local community resources to support ongoing engagement and recovery.
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ relevant experience
Full UK Driving Licence preferable
