Harvey & Brockless, part of The Compleat Food Group, is looking for an experiencedSenior HR Advisorto support our manufacturing and distribution sites inEveshamandWorcester, with occasional travel toBattersea. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about driving employee engagement, leading on employee relations activity, and coaching managers to support a positive workplace culture.
Youll be a key member of the site HR team, supporting the delivery of our people strategy while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Manage site-level ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, long-term sickness, and performance management
2. Analyse trends and proactively recommend improvements
3. Support consultation processes such as TUPE, redundancy, and changes to terms and conditions
4. Regularly engage with colleagues on-site through welfare interviews, HR walkarounds, and team meetings
